Anant Joshi - Founder & Chairman
Anant Joshi, Founder and Chairman at WhiteHedge plays a key role in handling the
company operations in India. He is in charge of Corporate Finance, Taxation, and
Risk Management functions. He has more than forty years experience in the areas
of Finance and Accounting.
He has earlier served as the Head of an Accounting Department in a large Distribution
Company. He has also successfully owned and managed a Food Distribution Company
for a period of more than 15 years.
Abhijit Joshi - Founder & CEO
Abhijit Joshi, Founder and CEO, WhiteHedge Technologies, holds a Bachelor’s degree
in Industrial Electronics from Pune University and a Masters degree in Computer
Science from NJIT, US.
He has played a key role in the growth and success of WhiteHedge Technologies, and
has actively contributed in building key alliances, strategic business planning,
and business development.
The Co-Founder of i-scope Inc, Abhijit has also served as the CEO and Director of
cenTTra Solutions, a subsidiary of WhiteHedge, specializing in Transportation and
Logistics. Abhijit has more than twenty years experience in the IT services industry
in US, Asia, and Europe.
He is an avid music lover and enjoys playing drums. He loves to travel and explore
new territories. He lives in NY-NJ area of US with wife and daughter.
Amol Kokane - Chief Technology Officer
Amol Kokane, Chief Technology Officer at WhiteHedge, and has extensive experience
in Software Development and Project Management. He heads the Software Services &Projects
Division at WhiteHedge. He has played a major role in obtaining the ISO certification
for WhiteHedge.
Amol has more than a decade’s experience in working with Java, .Net, Android, and
Open source Technologies. He is committed to quality and ensures timely project
execution and delivery for ensuring desired results to customers. Amol has worked
extensively with customers in the US and Japan.
He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Pune and has keen
interest in Bird-watching and Nature Photography. His photographs have enjoyed the
distinction of being showcased in various international conferences.
Madhuri Gokhale - Chief Product Architect
Madhuri Gokhale, Chief Product Architect at WhiteHedge, heads the Solutions and
Architecture group. She plays a major role in conceptualizing ideas, product development,
and enterprise solutions.
Madhuri’s skills contribute to designing new applications, re-engineering existing
applications, implementing development methodologies, and enhancing project performance.
She holds Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and has more than 12+ years
of relevant experience. She also has extensive experience in the area of technical
reviews.
Sunil Gondchar- HR Manager
Sunil Gondchar, HR Manager at WhiteHedge, heads the General Administration and Human
Resources Divisions. He has more than 15 years of experience in various management
functions like Operations Management, Project Management, and Customer Relationships.
He was instrumental in establishing the WhiteHedge Development Centers. He has also
helped implement employee policies to help rapid growth at work and maintaining
work-life balance.
Sunil hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Diploma in Computer Science. He
also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
